Nepa brings 'light'. U plug ur phone, and they take it. You'll hear the voice in ur head apologising to them that U won't do it again. light that you pay for but you virtually have to beg them to restore it. funny thing about it is that not until Buhari's emergence as president,the maximum period for light in a week is 30-50 minutes twice a week in some areas,while other areas are left with nothing but electricity poles and transformers to design the areas. areas in real need of electricity,transformers and poles are always not the ones getting them.
The government is trying now in this sector,but more is desired and expected. PHCN or is it NEPA needs to wake up.
Telephone charges and networks is another naija phenomenon all thanks to networks like MTN who automatically on your behave subscribe to useless services and charge you exorbitantly for them without first consulting you. not forgetting the useless and annoying barrage of network text messages that simply full your phone message space. Thanks to the national assembly that has stop now. another issue is that of clarity of networks. in this aspect a lot of Nigerians have a word or two. sometimes you literally have to either stand,sit,bend,climb your wall or go outside to get better reception on your phone. The receptions and services are really bad. hoping the networks concern can fix this as my friend tersely put "if pay money to load card for my phone,must i suffer again to call?"
