The recent spates of arrests,intimidation and silent prosecution of some "corrupt" members of the former administration has been received and viewed with mixed reactions by a lot of Nigerians. some are of the opinion that the president is only venting his anger on his enemies in the last administration,while others hold the view that the president is only trying to sanitize a highly saturated and corrupt system. Aside this two groups is another salient faction that believes the president is only making a show of cleaning the system so that the mass will be blind to any abuse of power he or his administration may perpetrate later on. whatever the situation,only time will tell.
