The bible and even God himself through his son Jesus, has clearly stated that for man to see God he must be washed: baptised. washing clearly is very significant as it is only that,that can guarantee you in God's presence.
The recent torrential rain fall in various parts of the country has been tagged and given varied interpretations the most interesting being that God is just trying to wash off the sins and dirt of the former administration.
